Chandru's attempts to get the man treated at several hospitals are met with refusal, as they are unwilling to deal with a bullet wound. Driven by his Hippocratic oath, he takes the bleeding man to his own home and, in a tense, visceral sequence, performs an emergency surgery to save his life. This act of kindness, however, becomes a nightmare. The man Chandru saved is Wolf (played by Mysskin himself), a notorious and wanted professional killer on the run from both the police and a rival gang.
