The creation of " Sajani " was serendipitous. Ravjiani had composed a melody and wanted to write a Marathi song. When the National Award-winning Marathi film director (known for Natrang and Balgandharva ) visited his studio, Ravjiani asked him to write the lyrics. Jadhav agreed on the spot and penned some beautiful lines that perfectly complemented the composition.
