The story follows Sanju (Emraan Hashmi), a master safe cracker who lives a retired life with his wife, Neetu (Vidya Balan). Sanju, Pandit, and Idris rob a bank and decide to share the money. After successfully executing the robbery, the trio decides that Sanju should keep the money for three months until the heat has died down before they split the loot.
