Usually located in C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\CLM\LGS\[ProductKey]_[Version]\ or the application installation folder.

Restart the software and point it to the correct server or sign in. Verify Options File Restrictions : If your company uses an Options File If your account is set for "Sign In"

This is the most common fix. If your account is set for "Sign In" (Single-user) but the software is trying to find a "Multi-user" (Network) server, it will fail. For 2020 and newer versions: Open your software and look for the Let's Get Started If you can't reach it, use the Autodesk Licensing Support Tool to reset the license.
