Extract the Kitserver folder into your main PES 2013 installation directory. Open the config.exe file inside the Kitserver folder.
To avoid these errors naturally, your system should ideally meet these minimums:
Copy d3d9.dll and paste it directly into your main PES 2013 installation folder (where pes2013.exe resides).
Your integrated graphics processing unit (like older Intel HD Graphics) does not natively report Shader Model 3.0 capabilities to the game.
