Academic learning is balanced by a mandatory extracurricular framework known as Kokurikulum (Co-curriculum). Every student must participate in three main categories of activities, which contribute points toward their overall university applications:

A Malaysian student learns to negotiate: between languages, between races, and between the expectation of their parents and the reality of their own dreams.
Taken after Form 6, this is one of the toughest pre-university exams in the world, equivalent to British A-Levels, recognized globally for direct university entry.
